1. Identification

2. Service
Mass Watermark Pro lets you batch-add a watermark to images (files, folders or ZIP) and export the result. Free includes a limited number of complete jobs; Pro is a one-time in-app purchase via Microsoft Store.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not for illegal activity or to infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the images and watermarks you process.
4. Intellectual property
The app, branding and UI belong to Zipizapp or are used under authorization. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Images and logos you load remain yours.
5. Pro purchases (Microsoft Store)
Pro purchases are handled by Microsoft Store on your Microsoft account. Zipizapp does not receive payment card details—only whether the Pro license is active. Purchases are subject to Microsoft’s terms and privacy policy.
6. Privacy
6.1 Images
Photos and watermarks are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to Zipizapp servers or stored in our cloud.
6.2 Local data
Preferences (such as language or Free job counter) may be stored locally on the device. This is not a Zipizapp user account.
6.3 Product analytics
To improve the product, the app may send anonymous usage events to PostHog (EU)—for example app open, export completed, Free limit shown, or Pro purchase result. Image contents are never sent. The identifier is an anonymous ID generated on the device.
Provider: PostHog (Europe region). Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the product (GDPR art. 6.1.f), with minimal data.
6.4 Website
The product page on zipizapp.com may use site measurement cookies or pixels; see Zipizapp’s general site policy where applicable.
7. External links
The app and this site may link to Microsoft Store or other third parties. Zipizapp is not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. Zipizapp does not warrant uninterrupted operation and is not liable for misuse or loss of user files. Keep backups of originals.
9. Governing law
